We accept returns within 5 days of receiving your order.

Refunds are only issued when the garment is deemed faulty.
PLEASE NOTE:
All items must be returned in their original condition in the original packing, with any tags or hygiene stickers still attached. Your item must not be worn or washed, and have no visible signs of damage or wear (pulls, stains, odour, etc). Please take care when trying on garments to avoid makeup or fake tan marks.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please include tracking and insurance to ensure your item is safe.
R.Lumié is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

Final Sale: Items purchased during our online sale events are considered FINAL SALE. As a condition of sale, these items are not eligible for return, refund, store credit, or exchange.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM
Should you receive damaged or faulty goods, an incorrect order or feel it is not as advertised please contact us at inforlumie@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving the item so we can determine the next course of action. Be sure to provide your order number as well as photos or videos so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
R.Lumié reserve the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing. If an item is deemed as having a manufacturing defect you will not incur any additional costs, and will be offered a replacement item, refund, or store credit. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further details.
